2007 Site Specific Forecast and Validation Data

For each site we provide two plots. The first shows the 2007 forecast probability throughout the season along with the probability associated with various types of years, while the second shows how well the algorithm did against the 135 years of available history (1871-2006), using data which would have been available in the spring of that year. For this test we are using 50 knot winds (strong tropical storm), to make sure there are enough historical events in each period for validation.
